Submitted by troy on Thu, 07/06/2006 - 09:50 Blog I just heard the phrase "sometimes inconsistent." What is that? You're either consistent or inconsistent. "Sometimes inconsistent", to me, would definitely be considered just plain inconsistent. Thoughts?
